Some people think that Ghost are just a form of the imagination... Well, my whole series says otherwise! I know this episode was cut short but, nothing really happened other than the events shown here. I know there is more... there just has to be. I feel like if I went in on another episode and somehow make the "Terror" become unstable so, the down right energy that the "Terror" puts off will maybe reawaken the spirits!
(Originally Uploaded on Nov 22, 2006): A Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney causes a mistrial after showing up to court drunk. In the first segment, the attorney brings a woman to court he met 20 minutes prior to appearing, for "emotional support" during argument. The trial judge ordered a blood-alcohol test for the defense attorney, who was slurring his words, then declared a mistrial after declaring him "too tipsy" to argue a kidnapping case.
A CBS affiliate in Clark County, Nevada, has uncovered video of a disturbing incident in family court, in which a mother present for a routine proceeding is sexually assaulted and then arrested in full view of the court. An internal investigation has since revealed that both the harassment and its alleged cover-up may be part of a wider problem of abuse within the family court system. The initial events took place in 2011, when Monica Contreras was led from the court into a waiting room for a supposed, though unexplained, drug search. She then says a court marshal named Ron Fox touched her and ordered her to lift up her shirt. When she fled back into the courtroom and complained to the hearing master, asking at least for a female marshal, Fox had her arrested for "making false accusations...
February 6, 2017 Joshua Martinez, who has been coming frequently to the court to pass out Constitutions and Nullification information, was arrested by Metro Police as he tried to gain access to the clerks office to fulfill a request for documents. He showed paperwork signed by the Secretary of the State of Nevada to gain access, as he had done many times before, and Metro Police decided they would not accept his paperwork that day. He was told by a US Marshall he would be denied access. Martinez called his legal council and was told to obtain the Marshall's name who denied him access and to request to which law or statute he was using to deny this public access to the peoples federal building. Metro Police already knew his name as he approached security, but would not give the Marshall...
This is just a small sample of the harassment the people are suffering from government across America today. Government at all levels continues to ignore the Constitution and make edicts of their own volition. The People have suffered harassment, citations, arrest and assault, just to name a few. We as a people must be vigilant in watching them dish out their tyranny, record and report it. We must educate ourselves and others as these entities try to exercise authority over us. Make your affidavits and file them in court to activate our judicial system against them. The government cannot be a victim by we the people are. We must weed out these corrupt individuals and insist they learn the Constitution and abide by it. It is the Common Law and the "HOW" of it's application. Copyrig...
